In all of our worship, we seek to be a place where each individual’s God given gifts and abilities are actively encouraged, used, strengthened and developed. This means our services have a collective sense to them, with active participation from members of the congregation.
Any changes to our service pattern can be found on our calendar.
Sundays in Church
8:30am – Said Holy Communion
(normally first Sunday of the Month)
A said service of Holy Communion with a sermon or reflection which takes place weekly on Sundays. This service uses the 2022 blue liturgy book most weeks, with the 1970 Grey book used from time to time.
Gluten Free Communion wafers and Non-Alcoholic wine are available for those who require them – please let the service leader know if you require a Gluten Free wafer so we can ensure one is available for you.
11:00am – Holy Communion With Praise
A service of the 1982 liturgy, with sermon and Praise music which takes place weekly on Sundays.
The service is followed by refreshments and fellowship in the hall.
Gluten Free Communion wafers and Non-Alcoholic wine are available at St Mary’s Inverurie for those who require them – please let the welcomer know if you require a Gluten Free wafer so we can ensure one is available for you.
Tuesdays on Zoom
12:30pm – Midday Prayer
A short online service of midday prayer, as we take time to pray for the needs of our community and for each other. Please contact Richard for the order of service and zoom links.
Seasonal Services:
We occasionally hold special seasonal services, such as at Christmas and Easter to mark special times within the church calendar or special occasions in our church life. Please check our calendar for more information on any of these services.
